Michael Miller and his son, Brandon, of Real Estate Equities have reportedly bought a 20,000-square-foot lot on 10th Avenue, between 14th and 15th streets, for $60 million. The current owner of the land is Erez Shternlicht, who owns Milk Studios, which has studio space in an adjacent office building. Karen Bellantoni, a retail broker at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, predicts the developer will rebuild the site, currently a gas station, into 1,500-square-foot storefronts, which could command $400 to $500 per square foot in rent.
