New Real Deal Webcast next week

As the economy continues to suffer, some New York City developers have
stopped construction entirely — leaving vacant lots in their wake.
According to new Buildings Department figures, that phenomenon is
hitting Williamsburg in Brooklyn hardest. On next week’s Webcast The Real Deal’s
Jen Benepe talks to developer Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, who has
scrapped plans to build a six-story rental building in the
neighborhood, and to a longtime broker in the area, David Maundrell,
