On today’s WNYC radio show “The Brian Lehrer Show,” host Brian Lehrer talked to Louis Coletti, president and CEO of the Building Trades Employers Association, and Edward Malloy, president of the New York State Building and Construction Trades Council, about how to spur some of the city’s stalled construction projects.
