listed at $1.625 million. The lower-priced unit is designed as a one-bedroom, while the more expensive one is a two-bedroom. In Madison Square, a 1,560-square-foot apartment at
23 East 22nd Street is listed at $4.15 million and a 1,561-square-foot
unit at 5 East 22nd Street is listed at $2.895 million. The more
expensive unit is in a new building designed by Rem Koolhaas, while the
second unit is not in a name brand building. And in a building in Hell’s Kitchen, at 310 West 52nd Street, a
1,331-square-foot unit is listed at $2.395 million, and another unit of
the same size is listed at $1.895 million. The more expensive apartment
has three bedrooms, while the other unit has two, and also has better
finishes.
