John Leguizamo finally sells apartment

After spending a year on the
market, writer and actor John Leguizamo (who has been in “The Happening” and “Romeo + Juliet”) and his wife, Justine, have sold their
four-bedroom, three-bath apartment at 45 Gramercy Park North, between
Lexington and Third avenues. The 11th-floor co-op unit sold for $3.65
million, and was originally listed at $5.85 million in January 2008.
The unit’s price was cut four times, according to Streeteasy.com.
