Fashion designer Marc Jacobs has reportedly rented a $30,000 per month apartment at 40 Mercer Street, developed by Andre Balazs, according to the Post. The 2,500-square-foot apartment, between Broome and Grand streets, has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and is down the street from Jacobs’ Soho store at 163 Mercer. Forty Mercer was designed by Jean Nouvel, and is also home to “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe.
