Polo Ralph Lauren has renewed and expanded its showrooms at 25 West 39th Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The retailer had the seventh through ninth floors in the building, and the new 15-year lease renews the existing space and adds the sixth floor, an additional 13,116 square feet. The asking rent was $55 per square foot. Polo was represented by Studley, and the landlord, an entity of Joe Sitt’s Thor Equities, was represented by FirstService Wiliams. Other tenants in the building, which used to be Tommy Hilfiger’s headquarters, include Seven For All Mankind and Movado.
