Former top-ranked tennis pro Ivan Lendl is selling his 450-acre estate in Goshen, Conn. The property includes a 43,000-square-foot house with 10 bedrooms and 12 baths, and a lower level with an indoor pool, basketball court and gym. The property also has an outdoor pool, pool house, caretaker’s house, horse stables and tennis court. The estate is on the market for $25 million and reportedly is in contract. Lendl previously wanted to turn the estate into a golf course.
