Barbara Corcoran, founder of the Corcoran Group, real estate expert Michael Corbitt and Don Peebles, CEO of the Peebles Corp., talked about President Barack Obama’s stimulus package recently on Larry King Live. Corcoran has a problem with the stimulus package because she doesn’t think it provides enough incentives for banks to refinance homes, and thinks banks should be mandated to refinance them. Corbitt and Peebles said the stimulus package will help homeowners across the country talk to their banks about refinancing options and avoid foreclosure.
