Biggest price cut of the day

The unit with the biggest price cut today, according to Streeteasy.com,
is a four-bedroom, four-bath co-op at 1185 Park Avenue, between 93rd and 94th streets. The price of
apartment 14G was cut by $950,000, and is now listed for $6.8 million.
This is the second time the apartment’s price has been lowered, and it
is now on the market for 22 percent less than its original December
listing of $8.75 million. The Corcoran Group’s Patricia Cliff has the
listing. The seller is furniture designer Vladimir Kagan. Kagan and his wife have lived in the prewar apartment for 40 years. TRD
