Openings and closings: Baoguette to open third location, Good World to close

Poco opened this week on Avenue B at Third Street. Baoguette is planning to open a third location in the West Village, at 120 Christopher Street, by mid-April. Hairstylist Sarah Mills recently opened a new 1,200-square-foot space at 11 Worth Street in Tribeca. Stumptown is coming into the Ace Hotel on Broadway and 29th Street. Burberry is moving into the old New York Magazine building at 444 Madison Avenue. Dutch Kills in Long Island City is aiming to open next month. In Brooklyn, Raymour & Flanigan Furniture has signed a lease to take over a former Linens ‘n Things space, according to a statement. The store plans to open this summer. Tini Wine Bar in Red Hook is relocating from Van Brunt Street to Pioneer Street this weekend and is recruiting volunteers to carry boxes to the new location. Nha Toi, a banh mi and Vietnamese summer roll restaurant, will be coming to 160 Havemeyer Street in Williamsburg. Also in Williamsburg, Supreme Trading will reopen next month. Amid the news of openings, Good World, a Lower East Side bar and restaurant, will close after brunch on Sunday. TRD
