The unit to see the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
three-bedroom, four-bath co-op unit at 101 Central Park West, according to Streeteasy.com. The price
of apartment 12E was lowered by $1.75 million, and the unit is now on the market
for $10.75 million. This is the prewar apartment’s third price cut, and
the unit is now listed for 28 percent less than its asking price of $15
million when it went on the market in February 2008. Brown Harris
