Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive unit to come on the market this week is an
eight-bedroom, 12-bath condo in Trump International, 1 Central Park
West, listed for $34.7 million with the Corcoran Group, according to
Streeteasy.com.

The second priciest home listed this week is a five-story townhouse at 44 East 74th Street, listed for $17 million with
Prudential Douglas Elliman.

And the third priciest unit is an $11.75
million five-bedroom, eight-bath condo at 170 East End Avenue, listed
by Corcoran.

The least expensive apartment to hit the market this week is a
three-bedroom, one-bath co-op apartment at 200 West 140th Street,
according to Streeteasy.com. The apartment is listed for $145,750 with
Willie Kathryn Suggs Licensed Real Estate Brokers.

The second cheapest
unit listed this week apartment 5V at 14 Bogardus Place. The studio is
listed for $159,000 with New Heights Realty.

And the third cheapest
unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment on West 158th Street, listed
with Cribs of the Crop for $169,000. Its address was not listed. TRD
