The tour, sponsored by On Location Tours, operators of the “Sex and the City” tour, started at the New York Palace Hotel at 455 Madison Avenue, home to the Bass and Van der Woodson families. Other stops included the Museum of the City of New York at 1220 Fifth Avenue, used as the Constance Billard and St. Jude’s schools, and the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, at 1000 Fifth Avenue, where the girls sit and gossip.

The Real Deal jumped off the bus when it pulled up at Henri Bendel, at 712 Fifth Avenue, a favorite shopping destination of Blair and Serena, when the fans ran into the store for some real-life shopping. TRD
