for  $17 million.

The least expensive apartment to hit the market this week,
according to Streeteasy.com, is a studio co-op at 345 East 61st Street,
listed with BHS for $195,000.

The second cheapest
apartment listed this week is a studio co-op at 345 West 145th Street,
listed with Corcoran for $235,000.

And the third cheapest apartment is
a studio co-op at 200 Pinehurst Avenue, listed with Sotheby’s
