The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a two-bedroom, two-bath
co-op apartment at 34 Gramercy Park East, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 5C was
lowered by $600,000, and it is now on the market for $3 million. This
is the prewar unit’s fourth price cut, and it is now listed for 37
percent less than its original price of $4.8 million when it first went
on the market in May 2008. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Reginald
Fairchild has the listing. TRD
