A Premium Barber Shop Location Has Opened On Third Avenue between 57th and 58th streets. The Beauvais Concepts New York store is currently for rent. Temptation at 2284 Broadway has closed. The Vintage New York wine store and Murder Ink spaces, both located on Broadway between 92nd and 93rd streets, are now available for rent. Sharlene’s Bar will open up in the former Mooney’s Pub Space Near Seventh Avenue in Prospect Heights. Michael “Bao” Huynh opened Asian Fusion restaurant BarBao on the Upper West Side. Upper West Side restaurant pioneer Tom Valenti recently opened gourmet bistro West Branch in the neighborhood as well. NY Rangers left winger Sean Avery and Beatrice Inn proprietor Matt Abramcyk have opened Warren 77, a TriBeCa sports bar. Mason Reese has opened Destination Bar and Grille, a lounge located on Avenue A. Balducci’s, which is closing in New York, is opening soon in Dubai. East Village vintage store Howdy Do is closing due to high rent prices. TRD
