The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a four-story townhouse
at 181 East 80th Street, between Lexington and Third avenues, according
to Streeteasy.com. The price of the home, which has five bedrooms and
five baths, was cut by $805,000, and it is now on the market for just
under $10 million. It is listed for 7 percent less than its asking
price of $10.8 million when it first went on the market in January.
