Comedian and recent “Celebrity Apprentice” winner Joan Rivers has put her 5,190-square-foot duplex in a mansion in the East 60s on the market for $25 million. The unit is listed with Roberta Golubock, senior vice president at Sotheby’s International Realty. The address was not included in the listing. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is in a building designed by architect Horace Trumbauer and built for Alice Troth Drexel in 1903.
