And the third

Street, listed for $16.5 million with Key-Ventures Real Estate.

Meanwhile, the cheapest apartment listed this week, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 1793 Riverside
Drive. The home is listed with New Heights Realty for $269,000.

The
second cheapest apartment listed this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath
condo at 443 West 151st Street, listed for $270,000 with Bond New York.

And the third cheapest unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 510
