Biggest price cut of the day

A four-bedroom,
three-bath condo at 120 11th Avenue, saw a price cut of $600,000. The
price of apartment 4B is now on the market for $5.4 million, according to Lida Drummond of Prudential Douglas Elliman. The home’s original asking price was $6 million when it first went on the
