The most expensive apartment
sold in Brooklyn is back on the market just nine months after it was
purchased. The 3,208-square-foot home at the Clock Tower in Dumbo sold for $7
million in September, and the owners are selling the apartment for $8.5
million. It’s also available for rent for $22,000 a month. The sellers
are four investors that bought the apartment together. Sotheby’s
International Realty’s Karen Heyman has the listing.
