Keith Olbermann bought a second unit in Trump PalaceTwo weeks ago, MSNBC host Keith Olbermann purchased a second apartment in the building in which he lives, Trump Palace at 200 East 69th Street, at Third Avenue, Cityfile reported today. Olbermann, who bought a 2,100-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment in the building for $4.2 million in 2007, spent $810,000 for his recent purchase on the building’s seventh floor. The apartment was listed for $849,000. Olbermann paid $203,000 in cash and obtained a mortgage for the rest of the purchase price. It is unclear why Olbermann wanted the second apartment.
