Clarification: In a June 16 Web story, The Real Deal stated that according to Propertyshark.com and city records, Alexander Navab,
a partner at global asset management company Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, owned apartment 3A at the River House. According to Navab’s assistant, the records are incorrect and Navab does not own the unit.
