UES mansion sells for $32M

A triple-wide Georgian-style mansion on the Upper East Side sold for $32 million, one third off last fall’s listing price of $45 million.

The 13-room mansion at 152-156 East 81st Street was owned by the late Louise Hoguet Saurel and was sold by Saurel’s heirs to an entity called Sefada LLC, going into contract in March and closing June 19, according to city property records published today.
