Biggest price cut of the day

The home to see the biggest price cut today is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium unit at 62 East 1st Street, apartment NT-1, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 3,200-square-foot condo was cut by $300,000, and the East Village home is now on the market for $2.6 million, a 10 percent drop from its asking price of $2.9 million when it first hit the market in May. Bond New York’s Jaylin Ramer and Joseph Robinson have the listing for the apartment, which has a 900-square-foot private terrace. Another property saw a price cut of $300,000 — unit 12C at 1049 Fifth Avenue. The three-bedroom Upper East Side home is now on the market for $4.2 million, a 7 percent drop from its original asking price of $4.5 million in June. TRD
