The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is a townhouse at 55 Ludlow Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the vacant, six-story house was cut by $2.3 million, and the unit is now on the market for $6.2 million. The unit is listed for 41 percent less than its asking price of $10.5 million when it first hit the market in May 2008, and was being marketed by Halstead Property. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Michelle Zitwer listed the townhouse last month for $8.5 million, 27 percent more than the current price. TRD
