“Real Housewife” checks out the Laurel

Jill Zarin, one of the stars on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York,” was seen perusing a $13 million penthouse at the Laurel at 400 East 67th Street at First Avenue. The four-bedroom, 4,073-square-foot spot has a private roof deck and a master bathroom surrounded by glass. The Laurel’s amenities include a theater, private dining room and triathlon training center. Zarin, who had expressed interest in purchasing space in the Apthorp, is listing her current home for $3.2 million.
