The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at The Plaza, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the 829-square-foot home, apartment 1710, at 1 Central Park South was cut by $360,000, and the unit is now on the market for $2.89 million, 11 percent less than its original $3.3 million asking price in December 2008.
