Ratner sells Montauk home

Atlantic Yards developer Bruce Ratner has sold his Montauk home to art dealer David Zwirner for $10 million, the New York Post reported. Architect Francis Fleetwood designed Ratner’s 4,500-square-foot house on Old Montauk Highway. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s John Golden had the listing. Ratner has reportedly been looking for a less expensive home in Quogue.
