Luxury cashmere purveyor Brunello Cucinelli will soon open a new Manhattan location at 683 Madison Avenue between 62nd and 63rd streets, according to a press release sent today. The retailer’s other location, currently open, is at 379 Bleecker Street in the West Village. Katsu-hama 55 has opened at 43-45 West 55th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues. A new Chinese pop-up restaurant has opened in the back portion of the Sushi Osaka restaurant at 535 Eighth Avenue between 36th and 37th streets. Question Mark Cafe is opening on First Avenue between St. Marks Place and Ninth Street. Batista, a club with a 1950s Havana theme, is opening at 40C Avenue C near the corner of 3rd Street. The Horus Cafe at 93 Avenue B on the corner of 6th Street is expanding its location to include a sidewalk eating space. A mini-market is reportedly taking over the space that Kim’s Video once occupied at 124 First Avenue on the corner of St. Marks Place. Luke’s Lobster is coming to Seventh Street near First Avenue. The Crosby Street Hotel will open September 29 at 79 Crosby Street between Prince and Spring streets. A new bar, the Jane Hotel Ballroom, opened at 113 Jane Street between 10th Avenue and Washington Street.
