Famed Broadway duo place home on market for $33 million

Brokers have long sung the praises of 834 Fifth Avenue, the luxury co-op building that sits nestled between 64th and 65th streets. Now, a piece of that can be yours — for $33 million. Broadway producer Judy Prince and director Hal Prince, famous for having won more Tony Awards than anyone else in history, have placed their 11-room, 4,750-square-foot duplex on the market. Units from this building are rarely on the market, according to the Observer, and listing broker Barbara Fox of Fox Residential Group said yesterday that she’s had showings scheduled all day.
