In new lease, Wolf begets vampires

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services has brokered a short-term lease for Nightmare: Vampires, New York City’s largest haunted house, produced by Art Meets Commerce. The 14,000-square-foot space at 623 Broadway between Bleecker and West Houston streets will be transformed into a fully operational haunted house attraction from Sept. 25 to Nov. 7. Denham Wolf represented the tenant in the transaction and Lawrence Real Estate Enterprises represented the landlord. The space was formerly occupied by Crunch fitness gym. Denham Wolf did not release the rent, but disclosed the asking rent: $45 per square foot. TRD
