Trump sees opportunity in Khadafy gaffe

Donald Trump is finding the upside of having a widely reviled Libyan dictator camp out on his lawn. “It’s the best piece of property in New York,” Trump said of the Bedford estate where Moammar Khadafy briefly stayed during the United Nations General Assembly. After it was discovered that the Libyan leader was residing on his property — and that Bedford city officials had ordered Khadafy and his crew out — Trump caught flack from all sides. Although he had claimed that he was unaware of Khadafy’s visit, Trump is fairly optimistic about the ordeal, claiming that the incident was great exposure for his property. “Most people never even knew I owned it and now they do,” Trump said.
