U.S Department of Agriculture signs lease at Queens Tower

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has signed a lease for 18,500-square-feet on the seventh floor of Muss Development’s 10-story Queens Tower at 88-11 165th Street in Jamaica, Queens. The 10-year lease brings occupancy at the recently renovated Queens Tower to 93 percent; 13,000 square feet remain in the building on the ninth and 10th floors. Other major tenants in the building include Con Edison, North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System and New York City’s Health and Hospitals Corporation, and Human Resources Administration. TRD
