The 2,200-square-foot Soho apartment owned by music executives James Dowdall and Rose Noone at 237 Lafayette Street has reportedly sold. The unit, which hit the market in July with an asking price of $2.1 million, was the one-time pad of actor Josh Hartnett, who had been renting the home up until this summer. Banker Rory Keane bought the spot for $2.03 million — despite the fact that Hartnett reportedly trashed the place before skedaddling.
