Matthew Moinian, son of infamous real estate developer Joe Moinian, head of the Moinian Group, has been named one of New York City’s most eligible bachelors by the New York Post. The 26-year-old second-year law student at Yeshiva University apparently works hand-in-hand with his dad during his down time and plans to move into the 56th floor of the W downtown, when the hotel is complete.
