From the South Florida Web site: This Sunday at 9 a.m., a longstanding West Palm Beach eyesore at 1515 Flagler Drive is scheduled to be destroyed by a controlled implosion. The destruction of the 30-story, hurricane damaged, uninhabited condo tower is expected to take 6.5 seconds, making it the
