The New York building designer hired to do work on Anderson Cooper’s newly-purchased Greenwich Village firehouse at 84 West 3rd Street has filed suit against the TV journalist and his architect after falling through the floor. Killian O’Brien had been hired as part of the renovation effort at Cooper’s new abode when she slipped through an allegedly unguarded hole where a fire pole once stood in September last year. Although it’s unclear how much O’Brien is seeking in damages, her attorney said that she’s still in physical therapy and that she may suffer permanent injury from the fall.
