Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a five-floor limestone house at 16 East 95th Street according to Streeteasy.com. The house, which is currently undergoing a gut renovation, is on the market for $22 million. It was not immediately clear who the broker was for this listing.
The second most expensive unit is located at 510 Park Avenue. The full-floor co-op unit, which includes eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and one half-bathroom is on the market for $21.8 million. Adam Modlin and Marisa Sargent of the Modlin Group have this listing.
The third priciest unit is a two-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo at 25 Columbus Circle, which has an asking price of $15 million. Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample of Brown Harris Stevens have the listing.
The least expensive Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op on the Lower East Side at 53 Stanton Street. The unit, listed for $149,000, is being marketed by Christopher Potts of Rapid Realty NYC.
A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 156 East 97th Street is the second cheapest home to hit the market. Michelle Alexander of Perry Associates has the $175,000 listing.
The third least expensive home to become available week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 720 West 173rd Street in Washington Heights. The $275,000 unit is being marketed by Adina Greenberg, Jim Rosenbloom and Nick Rafello of the Corcoran Group.
