Carol Halt of Barak Realty is the listing broker for this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom co-op at 40 West 67th Street, which is slated to appear on the "Time is Money!" episode March 25. Filming took place in September, Halt said, when Gumley Haft Kleier's Michelle Peck took a client to see the $1.395 million unit. (Ultimately, the client wanted something bigger, Halt said.) The apartment is now undergoing renovations and is back on the market at $1.525 million to reflect the upgrades, Halt said.

HGTV’s new realty reality show, “Selling New York,” premiers tonight at 9 p.m., promising to showcase the “top of the real estate food chain.” The show follows Gumley Haft Kleier’s Michele Kleier and her broker daughters, Samantha Kleier Forbes and Sabrina Kleier Morgenstern, as well as Core’s Shaun Osher, among other brokers from each firm as they maneuver their way through some of the city’s most high-end real estate transactions. In honor of the debut, The Real Deal did some digging to find out which of the city’s prized properties are slated to be featured this season. Among them: a four-bedroom loft at the Chelsea Mercantile listed for $22.45 million, the 25 Murray Street loft for which former Giants star Michael Strahan is asking $1.85 million, a $17 million landmarked townhouse at 109 East 69th Street, and a 2,295-square-foot spread at highly-anticipated One Brooklyn Bridge Park (see slide show of many of the homes above). Below, a partial list of what we know so far about the upcoming season, in no particular order:
25 Murray Street (Tribeca Space), Apt. 5C
Former Giants star Michael Strahan’s apartment is listed for $1.85 million by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen. It’s still on the market, and is expected to appear in an episode about bachelor pads, airing May 24.
109 East 69th Street
The five-story landmark townhouse, still available for a cool $17 million, is being co-brokered by the Corcoran Group’s Carrie Chiang and Loy Carlos, and Joanna Cutler of Joanna Cutler Real Estate.
252 Seventh Avenue (Chelsea Mercantile), Apt. 12X
Core has the listing on designer Christopher Hyland’s sprawling 12th-floor loft, which is on the market for $22.45 million.
360 Furman Street (One Brooklyn Bridge Park)
The Developer’s Group is marketing the new RAL Companies condo, including unit 719, where part of April 15′s episode was filmed. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is listed for $2.35 million.
40 West 67th Street, Apt. 8C
Carol Halt of Barak Realty is the listing broker for this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom co-op, which is slated to appear on the “Time is Money!” episode March 25. Filming took place in September, Halt said, when Gumley Haft Kleier’s Michelle Peck took a client to see the $1.395 million unit. (Ultimately, the client wanted something bigger, Halt said.) The apartment is now undergoing renovations and is back on the market at $1.525 million to reflect the upgrades, Halt said.
28 East 10th Street (Devonshire House), Apt. 4E
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Emery Roth’s prewar condo, now in contract, was listed by Stribling’s Kristina Wallison and Robert McCain for $5.3 million. Its segment is slated to air April 22.
995 Fifth Avenue, Apt. 16
The full-floor, 8,360-square-foot spread is Fifth Avenue’s largest and the only one remaining in Extell Development’s gut-renovated building — the former Stanhope Hotel. It is co-listed for $28.5 million with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Gumley Haft Kleier and will be the site of at least part of the show’s season finale. (Click here for a slideshow from that episode’s filming earlier this month.)
438 West 37th Street, Suite 5H
The 2,560-square-foot condo, which belongs to The Real Deal‘s Amir Korangy, has views of the Empire State Building and was last listed for $2.35 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman’s DeNiro Group. It has since been taken off the market.
40 East 66th Street, Apt. 4C
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Barbara Russo is the listing agent on this apartment, which is scheduled to appear on April 15′s “Educated Decisions” episode.
1255 Fifth Avenue, Apt. 3A
The 1,720-square-foot prewar loft was listed for $10,500 per month by Gumley Haft Kleier’s Jamie Mitchell. It has since been temporarily de-listed, according to Streeteasy.com.
The following properties are also slated to appear:
535 West End Avenue
132 Mulberry Street
50 Gramercy Park North
54 Thompson Street
