More details about the Limelight, with opening date around the corner

With its spring opening date imminent, images from the new Limelight Marketplace, which was once a church, then nightclub, are emerging. The 12,000-square-foot space on the corner of West 20th Street and Sixth Avenue in Chelsea is reportedly much brighter after a $15 million gut renovation, according to the New York Times, with a maze-like feel that developer Jack Menashe said he hopes will keep pedestrians interested. “We wanted that feeling of discovery, like you’re finding something new and exciting around every corner,” Menashe said.
