Della Femina’s East Hampton manse officially hits the market at $40M

The 7,000-square-foot East Hampton mansion that belongs to advertising mogul Jerry Della Femina and his wife, former television host Judy Licht, officially hit the market this week for $40 million. Last month, Della Femina, an outspoken Republican, told the Post that he was looking to sell the oceanfront property at 20 Drew Lane “before [President] Obama decides to redistribute any more of my wealth.” Della Femina said he turned down a $32 million offer on the eight-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home six years ago. The 1.69-acre property is listed with Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group. TRD
