Rosewood expands NYC sales office

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, owner of the Upper East Side’s the Carlyle, has inked a 10-year deal to expand its regional sales office into 5,700 square feet at 330 Seventh Avenue. The sales office had been located at 148 Madison Avenue and is moving to the pre-built space. Rosewood, which owns a total of 17 hotels and resorts in six countries, was attracted to the building because of its 24-hour security, among other services, according to CresaPartners, which represented Rosewood in the transaction.
