New sellers up asking prices nationwide

New sellers are pricing their homes higher and home sales activity is
increasing in the lowest price segment, according to a new presentation
from real estate statistics firm Altos Research on emerging national trends in
the Spring 2010 housing market (see the full presentation after the
jump). While properties are languishing longer on the market than they
were in either 2008 or 2009, price reductions are steadily diminishing,
the firm said. TRD
