Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 3,200-square-foot penthouse unit in the West Village at 173 Perry Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The three-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex is on the market for $15.9 million and is listed by Suzun Bennet and Rosa Murphy of Halstead Property. The condominium includes four balconies and keyed elevator access on both floors.

The second most expensive home to come online is a 4,401-square-foot condo at 610 Park Avenue. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom unit is on the market for $15 million. Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing.

The third priciest home is a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom, 9,330-square-foot condo at 219 East 67th Street. Keith Copley of Sotheby’s has the $13.37 million listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a studio at 103 East 84th Street. The $149,000 co-op unit is being marketed by Ying Jiang, Ilsa Vasquez, Charles Hawkins and Mikhail Gurfinkel of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

A studio at 120 Bennett Avenue in Hudson Heights is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Simone Song of Simone Song Properties has the $199,000 listing.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio at 152 East 118th Street in Harlem. The $223,000 co-op unit is listed by Eric Agosto and Dianne Howard of the Corcoran Group. TRD
