Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
From left: The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 3,779-square-foot condo in One Beacon Court at 151 East 58th Street. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom unit is on the market for $22.7 million. Maria Pashby and Deborah Grubman of the Corcoran Group have the listing.
The second most expensive listing is a nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 9,500-square-foot house at 40 Riverside Drive. Deanna Kory and Meghan Kelly of Corcoran have the $20 million listing.
The third priciest home is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op at 145 Central Park West. The $17.5 million unit is listed by John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens.
The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 1486 Fifth Avenue. The $190,000 unit is being marketed by Henry Thillet of H & F Property Group.
A one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 31 Nagle Avenue in Fort George is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Matthew Bizzarro of Stein-Perry has the $209,000 listing.
The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio at 167 West 71st Street in Lincoln Square. The $220,000 co-op unit is listed by Martha Sussman of Corcoran. TRD
