The Olsen twins have successfully sold their 1 Morton Square penthouse apartment after two previous attempts to unload the unit, according to the New York Post. Ashley Olsen and Mary Kate Olsen sold the unit for close to its $8.45 million asking price, a source said. The pair had first attempted to flip the unit in 2005, marketing it for $9.45 million, before pulling it off the market and relisting it for $11.995 million in 2007.
