Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Trump Tower Duplex On Fifth Avenue Near 57th Street is back on the market, this time for $19 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Webber bought the 5,000-square-foot spread on the 59th and 60th floors in 1987 for $5.5 million. It has Central Park views, a formal dining room, den and eat-in kitchen. The last time the “Phantom of the Opera” and “Cats” composer tried to sell the place was in 2007, when the price was 15 percent higher. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Dolly Lenz, the listing broker at the time, said Webber wanted to buy a larger Manhattan space. Now, Penny Toepfer of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing, and according to a spokesperson for Brown Harris Stevens affiliate Christie’s Great Estates, Webber and his family are re-evaluating their real estate assets following Webber’s recent treatment for prostate cancer.
