Colliers International has negotiated a 3,500-square-foot restaurant lease at 920 Broadway in Union Square to Manhattan restaurateur Damien Scoditti, who also owns the Brio eatery at 137 East 61st Street in Midtown. His new restaurant — whose name remains a secret — will have 1,800 square feet of ground floor frontage plus 1,700 square feet in the basement. Colliers represented the tenant and the owner in the deal. The new 15-year lease commenced in mid-May. The building, on East 21st Street, is 16 stories, and has a total of 96,000 square feet of commercial space. It is owned and managed by Broadway Associates. TRD
